Dear sir,
I placed order from Amozon india on ** may **** Tata sky set top box. With lite pack offer. At the placed the order they mentioned delivery estimate with one week from date of order.
But till now date I didn't get product.
I have compliant number of times to Amazon customer service to refund my money back but they are not responding. Kindly help me on this issue.
