- Tata Sky Payment Issue Open
I tried to book the tata sky connection through their website using a credit card twice on the date (** Dec ****) but it didn't work because of the server issue on their side. Then I booked the connection via COD, Installation was done the next day itself. After that, I received messages from the tata sky stating that I requested two more connections but those are the failed transactions earlier, I also spoke to the support team about this issue and told them to cancel those two requests and initiate the refund process. Till now I didn`t receive any proper response and money back.
