My tata sky account details are as below

Tata Sky Added Tata Sky Theatre service (Channel no ***) in my package with Rs. * first and than without intimation they start to charge me ** rupees per month without inform me, when I ask after * year they answer me that you added this channal with Rupees * but it was only for first month. after that the charges was ** Per month
I dont remember I added this channal or not, even I dont added ** rupees channal.
I blindly trust tata sky and deposit * year month, now they change channal amount without intimate us and after * year we realise that they cheated us like this
Kindly help us to get back ** X ** month = *** rupees back from tata sky.
We dont added that channal, even we dont seen that channal upto ** minutes whole the year.
Tata Sky cheated us and added + change Tata Sky Theatre service (Channel no ***). Kindly help us to get reversal of Rs. *** from them
Next time we may change DTH Service if they behave like this.
Currently our deposit and condition as below but now we doubt on tata sky behavior about charges
