Dear Team,
I was a postpaid user of Docomo for past * years and recently i found some discrepancy in bills due to which i raised complaint but was unsolvable so i recently ported to other network clearing all my bills after which only my number was successfully ported. But recently I got a message from Docomo that i have an outstanding bill for Rs ****. My regular bills would be around Rs *** only. Even if i used for one year I wont get that amount. Please have a look over this and do the needful.
