I Enrolled In Skill Lync's Course In January ****, However, My Experience With Skill Lync Has Been Disappointing Due To Several Issues With Their Policies And Customer Support.
One Of The Main Issues Is With Their Cancellation Policy. The Concerned Person Told Me That Cancellation Policy Is Available If They Can't Give An Job Within One Month, Till Now * Months Gone No Job Was Given. So, I Requested Them To Give Me A Job Or Cancel The Course, Loan And Refund The Amount.
Customer Support Claims That Cancellation Is Not Possible And Not Returning The Amount. Additionally, Skill Lync Provides No Clear Way To Contact Senior Members Or The Grievance Officer, And Even If One Manages To Reach Them, They Are Often Ignored And Disconnected. Skill Lync Only Shares Details Over The Phone And Not In Writing, Making It Difficult To Keep Track Of Conversations.
he Course Content And Videos Are Lacking In Quality And Do Not Meet The Expectations For The High Cost Of The Course. Grievance Redressal Takes An Excessive Amount Of Time, And Customer Support Is Unhelpful.
They didn't share terms and conditions before enrolling the course. They shared it after enrolling the course and once credited loan amount to their account. Now they are saying it is not in our policy to do course and loan cancel.
Eduvanz disburse money without verifying the repayablitiy of borrower. Completely they're not responding to my tickets and queries.
Now they're forcing, harassing, and blackmailing to me torturing me to pursue their course.
