Skill Lync and Eduvanz - Course cancellation and Loan Closure

Myself Nihar, Actually. I had enrolled for a course PG program Hybrid electric vehicle design and analysis on Feb ** th with Skill Lync.
Before Joining inside sales specialist said that they will help if he have some financial issues. But reality is no. And before joining also they said they cancel the course if we are not satisfied with the course.
I Paid **** rupees as registration fees and i was informed about ** months EMI of ***** . After that i followed every procedure of eduvanz (loan partner of skill lync).
Actually had faced some financial issue since I was having some commitment from april paying amount for treatment for some critical health issue medical expenses. Since I was not in a situation to pay and continue further. I had opted for course cancellation
and loan closure on May **th. After * days I got a call from a person named Sathya Narayana Sundaram R from Customer retention team of skill lync stating that he cannot cancel the course. Either he can transfer It to someone or I should continue. I explained him my situation. Then he asked for health reports which is not at all required for him for proof. During *nd time conversation with him I mentioned him I cannot send that health document since it is personal. After this he left calling. Another person named Vivien Richard from customer retention team called me for the stating the same. But he said if I submit document. He can get me course cancelled. So I sent him. He said to give me two days time and he will update. After * days he is like they have rejected it with no reason. After that his team lead Ashwin Joseph
Called me and understood my comcern but he said he will update me . But after i have observed no updates from him. I called customer care and requested for a call back then I got t call from Roopesh Reghunath on **th june stating some nonsense reasons you have not started the course yet so we cannot cancel. Even i have Informed prior to sales specialist that i will start the couse * month late. And then next month i had some critical situations in family . They are taking this as a silly reason and stating that the ticket is closed and he cannot cancel. And from thereon eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc..etc…
So finally I arranged and paid for EMI just now for the month of June ****. I informed them i will not pay from July ****.
Not Understanding what to do since.
Please help me .
