As per the University Grants Commission (UGC)’s Fee Refund Policy ****-****, the higher education institutions have been directed to refund full fee to students who cancel their admissions on or before October **, ****. The entire free, including all charges should be refunded (i.e., there should be zero cancellation charges) to those who cancel admissions by October **, **** and after that, till December **, ****, the entire fee should be refunded after deducting not more than ₹*,***/- as processing fee.

I want to inform you that I got myself provisionally e-admitted in M.Sc. course in Zoology on **rd September **** vide my Application ID TM**PGMSC** in Tamralipta Mahavidyalaya affiliated to Vidyasagar University. ₹**,***.** was paid for this admission. Along with Cancellation of Admission, Fee Refund Request was made on **th November **** but till now the refund hasn’t been initiated to the original payment method.

So kindly look into the matter.
