Hello there,
One day Sumit Sony - an agent from Karma resort came to my home to sale the membehsip of karma resort.
He told me that price of membership is *.**L for * years which offers *N and *D for domestics trips. I was not wanted to purchase this membership and he offered the same membership for * Lacs with complimentary package of goa with Air Ticket and hotels.
I ask him to provide this membership in **K with the same offer, and he agreed for the same, and I make the payment of **K through Phone Pay. Please find the attached screenshot for the same.
Second day he (Sumit) came to my home, and told me that your membership is declined and we will initite the refund. I am following up with them for the refund, and they are saying that we are working on it, will get back to you on this.
Today is *th day, and I haven't received any refund or reply from them.
They are cheater, and I wan to ban this company.
