- Take money on Prepaid order Open

My order no. ************** which is delivered on **.**.**** it is prepaid order but he demand for money and say it is postpaid order we already put some postpaid order so we think it is another one.
But when check it Is found prepaid order then we call him he pick call and say it is postpaid i can't return after he didn't pick till * hour every time reject may be he put my no. In black listed.
In the night I did WhatsApp massage then he again reply that I have seen for postpaid so I ask this is evidence for me.
Please resolved this.
