Swiggy McDonald s - Swiggy sent me rotten food and didn t refund

ordered food from McDonald's a burger and hot chocolate
delivery executive couldn't handle food properly spilled hot chocolate infront of me. And the burger which was delivered had spoiled lettuce. When I call customer care for the same issue there is no immediate solution, no refund and chance to reorder. They asked me to mail to support id and will respond within *-* hrs. they responded after ** hrs hours saying that nothing can be done from thr side i'm very disappointed with the service and the customer support. I paid *** RS they are just sending apology and not refunding my hard earned money .
