Company was ordered for printed kurti online and advance amount was also paid online on **-*-**. Company supplied wrong product with entirely different design and colour on **-*-**. Complaint conveyed immediately to company for collection of material with replacement of actually orders item. They insisted to return material by self courier at customer cost. Accordingly material returned by self courier at my cost on **-*-**. However till date company has not refunded the amount of Rs ****.
