- Substandard washing machine supplied body rusted within three years Open

I have reported rusting of body of two years old fully automated front loaded washing machine vide request no KOL*********** dated ** Jan **. Whirlpool representative visited, inspected and confirmed that the body needs to be changed. I agreed for the replacement as per extant policies.
However, I received a call from customer care services and I was informed that replacement of body is not possible. This is absolutely ridiculous and not acceptable.
They have not agreed to arrange for immediate replacement of the body or provide me a new machine. I am in extremely difficult situation since I am unable to use the machine despite all mechanical and electronic system are in good working condition. No action is taken in time bound manner and Ii need compensation. This kind of failure is not expected from a reputed company like Whirpool.
One of the customer care call also asked me to pay ***** in advance and they could not confirm when the parts will come. This body is not available in India. Further, such failure of body is due to sub standard component supplied by whirlpool and I should not pay for it.
