Respected sir,
On date **.**.*****:** PMI was trying to make online payment of *****Rs For the purpose of admission in mmmut gorakhpur but the transaction could not be completed due to the technical error. The mode of the payment used by the debit card POS.
The amount has been debited from my account.

The Transaction ID is -S******** shown in the mpassbook.
I have not received the refund amount in the bank account Yet,Please refund my money *****.

It has been more than ** working days.near about *.*monthes, but our money has not been refunded yet and for this reason I could not even paid the admission fees of my college.
It is a humble request to help us in getting our money back.,
