Prem Gona filed complaint against Union Bank of India on Jun 24, 2024
Due to some reasons the home loan balance transfer from SBI to UBI has been cancelled. The UBI charges ***** as processing fee but later I was told that I will be getting the refund within a month, but till date there is no update. I am continuously following up with the UBI branch manager for the refund. The Manager is not responding at all.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
