It has been nearly a month, and they still haven't credited my refund. Initially, I was surprised when they said it would take **-** days for the refund process, whereas Amazon and Flipkart usually process it within * days. Despite waiting for ** days, there was no update; they simply stated that it's still processing. It has been a frustrating experience.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
