On **.*.** I paid property tax of Rs.****/- through Instamojo to Pathsala Municipalty Board,but the payment has been deposited to Dibrugarh Municipalty Board instead of Pathsal.After several request Instamojo authority asked me to contact Dibrugarh Munipalty .Is it my fault ?So Instamojo should return me the money I paid.
