On ** May **** i went with to see Movie in PVR GT MALL Bangalore while scanning tickets we booked three tickets, we were * adults & * kid the staff said us to take ticket for kid also, i took ticket on paying in phone pe. After interval we came for snacks while standing in line all customers was paying in upi, but due to network issues all customer were complaining for the same issue, when all customers protested for the same issue your staffs. was there no network issue while taking tickets how come suddenly there was an issue of network while taking snacks your staffs behavior. And please confirm what rates for what snacks should be paid to your staffs. Take it as TOP Priority Please. If any action not taken i will speak to you through Consumer court.
