Voltasbeko - Sold defective product

I always trust Tata Products and that's why I decided to buy VoltasBeko refrigerator even though they are new in household refrigerator segment.

I paid Rs.**,*** for a *** litre double door refrigerator, which was bit higher compared to other established brands.

The quality of my purchase started to show within weeks from the date of purchase, waste water from back side of refrigerator started to paint my dining hall floor, after several call service personnel tried to repair the product, but the issue never resolved even after *.* years!

I made more than ** complaints to near by voltas Service center and they became regular visitors to my house! In last January **** they took the product to their service centre for some updation, and they convinced me that it was the reason behind excess water leakage!

I asked them to replace the defect product since it gave me a hell of trouble within short span of time, but they gave assurance that if issue is not resolved even after updation, they ll request the company to replace the product.

They returned the product within * days, but I found that now refrigerator compressor is working ** hours! Normally compressor stops working when refrigerator reach it's high cooling, but this one never stops and it causes me an extra electricity bill of **** per month!
Also I found that front corner of the refrigerator is having water leakage problem, which I never faced before!

I registered the issue on March again, but due to Corona pandemic no one bothered to resolve! I reached out to voltas service center in my city but they replied that 'they stopped working for Voltasbeko'.

I reached online voltas complaint number and they sent an exicutive from other city to check on my product, the service personnel noticed the issues I mentioned earlier and he reported to his higher levels, but none of them responded as of now!

Now I need a place to dump this product, I really lost trust on quality of Tata Products!

I'm looking forward to sue against the company in the court of law for the low quality product they sold.
