Dear Madam/Sir, I have purchased a VoltasBeko Dishwasher in **** for INR *****/- in Vijayawada through SRR E CITY, D.NO **-**-***, SAI SIVAPURI COMPLEX, MUSIUM ROAD, VIJAYAWADA ******.
I got issue with dishwasher on ** Nov **** and lodged a service request (ticket id: ***********) with VoltasBeko customer service. They approached me after *days, charged me INR ***/- although the issue is not resolved. They simply closed the ticket. I keep on contact the local Voltas ASM via voice call as well as whatsapp. They came couple of times and just going without resolving the issue. Voltas promised me to provide customer service at the time of purchase. Now, VoltasBeko do not want to support although issue occurred ** days ago and they are not responding.
Please help me so that VoltasBeko will support. Please note the product age is *.*years from the date of purchase. I have attached the bill copy for your reference.
