Skill lync - Skill Lync Course Cancellation

My name is Santosh. I joined Skill Lync to pursue Data Science course in the month of May. They arranged loan of *,**,*** Rs from Eduvanz financial institution,I paid all my EMI'S on time. I wanted to cancel my course as i am financially broke and cannot pay my EMI's anymore. The reason is i had knee arthoscopy on my both knees and a week later my wife and my mother met with an accident and were seriuosly injured. We are spending a lot of money on our treatment. I requested to cancel my course as i did not finish even a single module and made five EMI's worth **,***rs. I requested the management on Sep ** to cancel the course. They somehow keep delaying and since october * they are not even responding to my phone calls and E mails. Eduvanz is calling and threatening me to pay my October EMI. I have the call recording. I am requesting you to please cancel the course and give me No objection certificate from Eduvanz.
