skill lync - refund and course cancellation

im kasthuri i have enrolled skill lync on **th June, **** and paid *k of the initial amount and **** rs. on **th June ****. the total loan amount is *,**,*** rs. + plus tax. EMI of **** rs. I have been paying for * months (June **- jan**). skill lync gave me false information and took some charges for late payment they said they will not charge and at no cost emi but they are charging. after completing the * mandatory courses (within *** days ) I will be getting internship for * months and I will be placed in top companies. I didn't get any proper placements and proper guidance for the course as well as for customer support . on **th Nov,**** I have raised a complaint I couldn't pay the fees and my mom is not working. due to this online course I had many health issues. if there is no income how come I can pay the money of emi . if I'm paying the money and studying there should be worth of it to spend this much amount of money . i have no idea , I thought they will provide good support and placement and now I'm in debt . they said we will be providing a apple laptop free but no provided instead of that they gave us coupon of **k . after suming up and decreasing the the coupon amount I have loss of **k . i want to close the loan and get refund of **k and I have no idea of continuing skill lync again. please help to resolve this from those frauds. my * months is wasted because of their money minded and false hopes. i have realised not to belive blindly here after
