I have reqistered for simplilearn course around May of ****. The counsellor that time who is Sufiya begum assured me about the live class in the course and i was convinced with the same as the course costed less that is around ***** only ( invoice attached ) the course is * months and hence there was * courses spread across and at start we were told that all the courses will be live class as per the audio which is believed as similar course my friend also taken in another platform . But as and when the course continued and was nearing to end the person that were present in live classes announced us that after *rd course they are finishing the course and taking us to capstone project. i raised the query in the live class chat too but the counsellor dint provide any proper anwer . i raised many tickets #********, this ticket they have mentioned that as per recent update the course doesnt give live class and attached me self learning video. the proof is attached in herewith.

Attached is the few of many classes that simplilearn has failed to deliver the live class .

Simplilearn's own brochure and brainwashing mail says that *x higher live interaction, There was not even one.

***+ hrs of live online classes delivered by industry experts which was also not true only *** hrs of live classes is delivered on total of * courses.

Simplilearn has not clearly mentioned how the self-learning videos are structured in their brochure which keeps the learner in shadow .

The LMS portal on the first * days are only focused on orientation session and the subsequent update fails to clarify which courses are live and which self-learning courses.

upon raising many tickets and asking many questions and calls one leaner assistant has given me a Programming basic and Data analytics course with python which was also not fulfilled by Simplilearn up until i raised it in the mail.

And finally, the part where Live class proof is asked. Simplilearn has tried framing all of its syllabi in such a way that learners wouldn't be clear about what courses are on live classes and self-learning. The learner assistant the program counselor, not even one person has a clear idea about the courses and their importance and has been charging heft money for the same.

So the * invoices that I have added in the attachment include May ** live class invoices where Simplilearn has given in writing about live classes being *** days (Sat and Sunday Only course ) and not even ** days, of course being completed in the LMS. Remaining all courses are marked ***% by Simplilearn itself without me touching those courses and the invoice also mentions that self-learning courses are for lifetime but now the course going to expire in ** days.

As mentioned in the elective live class syllabus both the live classes were not conducted Simplilearn has marked the course ***% already and the full access is going to be completed in ** days even after paying that much money and Simplilearn giving in about lifetime access, they are now stopping the full access by ** days.

With all this being said and shown as proof, I demanded **% of my money which is ***** rs as a payment refund as only * courses are being conducted live by Simplilearn for this PGBA course through email and i demand Simplilearn to stop my loan immediately with liquiloans as i have already paid * months of my EMI for the course.

After taking this much stress mentally and collecting this much proof , Simplilearn is only now telling about extended the program that i am eligible for already as per their invoice and their syllabus.

It is a huge fraudulent activity from Simplilearn. I request my money back as this whole process is now very stressful mentally and financially for me . I expect a education and they have denied it after putting me under loan and now putting me a huge mental stress.

I am escalating it here with the expectations of justice and im attaching all the proofs herewith.
