I took admission for PGDM course in the month of June but just after attending one class i had some financial issues and some health issues due to which I was unable to continue with the course. I informed simplilearn about the same and also mailed them regarding my circumstances but they didn't helped me. It's been six months but no one from the institute took an initiative for my cancellation. Even I mailed to the CEO of the company but no response. They just said that this is not is their policy. Being a student, no one can force me to continue with the course that too when my financial and health condition was not supporting me. My EMI is being deducted automatically without any purpose. As I'm not taking any service from simplilearn still they are not closing my EMI. Also, i contacted Liquiloans from where simplilearn has a tie for EMI deduction. They were ready to close my EMI but they were just asking for a confirmation mail from simplilearn, but simplilearn didn't helped me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
