- Sim Deactivated Churned Open
I been using this Vi number ********** for more than last **+ years.
My network was gone and sim was inactive out of nowhere from *nd May ****,i tried recharging a combo pack of **rs on **th may **** to see it would reactivate my connection, But till the date my connection isn't restored yet and nothing shown in my Vi app as it is recharged.
I reached out to NCH for grievance but no use and the docket was closed fom Vi side..hence im kindly reaching out to you... I have gone to Vi store also and they issued me a new sim promising me my number would restored after few days, past promised time frame i have to go several time and now they says my number cannot be issued saying it got churned, but its unfair to deactivate a ongoing or my number which i was using and to bar my connection! with the same number i have linked with my aadhar and every other connections , i cant afford to lose this number and it would affect my job, life and everything is linked with that number, i would rightfully need my number back. i have attached the proofs of recharge with transaction details and ready to give any documentation for reactivation of my number. company can contact me on my registered email which also linked with my number or on whatsapp of the same lost number since whatsapp is active.
