I am seller on shopclues. From last * months they cannot pay my payouts. I complain by mails to Griviance officer, created tickets, call on merchant support regularly from * months but get no responce. On merchant support contact number they tells every time that we are initiating your payout next billing cycle, but i never received my payout. They also warn me that if I stop selling or make store off line they cannot able to process payouts due to system. On mail and tickets i cannot get a single responce from * months
