I ordered Puma florescent shoe on ** June which delivered to me on **.**.**** but after checking I knew size is larger than expected to me. Then I try to exchange on their portal but they said they didn't accept return/exchange due to the policy & nature of product. Their executive also said it's blocked by my mistake during the time of redeeming points. It's their fault only. Now I want my money back and I am not happy with their customer service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
