Dear sir, madam
This is to inform you that the product of one of my exchange item having order no *******-*******-******* shipping is getting delayed by more than * days & still it is getting delayed. . The product is not yet shipped by the Jabong/seller and the laughing point is Jabong is not helping me out. The item was supposed to ship on *th of December but today is *th of December still the item hasn't been shipped. The delivery date Is **th of December and I highly doubt it will reach on time. I have clearly attached a screenshot of my exchange product details. The item is packed but the shipment has not been done yet. Something is fishy. I want to exchange my product, but Jabong is intentionally delaying it and customer care executive are clueless. Kindly ship the desired item and deliver it to me i.e ucb jeans as early as possible. It is my hard earned money. Being an loyal customer of Jabong this is unacceptable & I hope Jabong is not helping me out. Hoping for an positive and early resolution.
