I placed an order of bedside table (Swirl Bedside Table (Walnut Finish) Model WS***** from wooden street site on **th March. The website states order delivery within *-* weeks however before placing the order I had a discussion on call with someone from their team on expedited delivery. I was assured that order will be delivered in * weeks and also were assigned a relationship manager.
There was no option of COD and I was made to do the full payment during time of placing the order. After placing the order I waited for full * month to get any intimation from them but received none. No mail communication, no call or message to update on my order status. Also there was no way to track the order on your own. When I called them around April end I was being told that my order is still under manufacturing. I reminded them about my discussion about expedited delivery and asked them about a delivery date but got no proper answer except that manufacturing will complete by May *rd. I dropped a mail to my relationship manager but got a random response- order will be delivered as per estimated time (where is the estimated time mentioned?). I dropped another mail for a cancellation or order and was being told that since its under manufacturing they will not do any cancellation. Subsequently I again chatted with there team on May *th and was being told that order is still under manufacturing. Upon stating that I was being told earlier that it will be ready on May *rd he told that its manufactured but will go for QC. I asked how much time it will take for QC and again got no confirmed date. I again contacted them after ** days and was being told that they still need *-* days for QC- I am really not sure what they do in QC for so long. I again asked about my order status around May **th over chat and was being told that shipment will dispatched to Bangalore on May **th and will be delivered in *-* days. Apart from above I had also tried to contact to them *-* times more on call or chat and every time was being told that someone from their support team will call within ** hours. Till date I never received any call from them except on the un-fateful day of ordering i.e Mar **th. I still curse myself for this day!! I have dropped almost *-* mails and last two mails went unanswered. Upon contacting them today June *th again I got no confirmed answer on delivery except that it will deliver soon. I am really doubtful on the authenticity of their website and product now. They are only duping people's hard earned money and have pathetic service. By this time I would have got a table designed/delivered by any other brands. They take all money in advance and then you are left with speculating on your order with no chance of cancellation. I request Voxya to get my money back from this fraudulent site which has kept me hanging for so long.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
