- Shifted my connection but still there is no Internet connection active Closed
I have paid * months plan. After ** days I shifted to a new house. I raised a request for shifting on **th April **** but there is no update but my ticket has been closed. I called to customer care. They raised a new request after one week. One executive came on Sunday * pm he gave connection but there is no Internet active. He told me to contact within ** mins if it not activate. Then I called call centre executive they told within ** mins it will be active but there is no luck. Again and again, when I called they told there is a technical issue it is not configured properly technician will come and fix that issue. No one came again called to care this time will forward this to technical back end team still I am facing the internet issue. No resolution from the past ** days. This kind of service Hathway providing.
