I have an account with Shein India. I returned a parcel and got the money back in my shein wallet. I also got the confirmation of this return through email on July *, ****. However, after the ban, I couldn’t contact them to send money back into the original payment account. Their email and contact number is now invalid. I am unable to login in to my account now from a few days now. I have the screenshot of the account details and their emails but as I cannot login I don’t have the screenshot for the shein wallet amount. I also tried to withdraw the amount from the wallet but i could only do for the max. amount of Rs.*** and even that amount is not refunded yet. Please assist me in getting my money back.
