Ramakrishnan filed complaint against Lloyd on May 29, 2019
The TV service request is pending for the last two months. I received the message as:
Your "Breakdown" request has been registered with reference number "************".
After two months they are offering smaller size than current TV and asking transportation charges for delivery. Two months they are not provided with any correct information and now also they are not properly answering. I sent several emails and called their customer care.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
