(Service manager- @vinish) is so rude and he has no answer of the questions of customer.
he is providing very trivial service when the AC remain under warranty. He is saying very loud and clear that lloyd will not provide better or Jet pump service. on the call he was comparing the rate of lloyd and other good brand such as LG, O general AC in the manner of insulting and Quality eradication.
I was not expecting such type of response from a high level and designated person who represent the lloyd brand..
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
