Hi ,
I am not using Vodafone with the number : **********. There was network issue and there is no solution from the Service provider since past * months. The usage of my number is only for Data. As there is no data only voice used. Since requested many times and going around the stores for the connection rectifications. There is no solution outcome. The service provider mentioned it is Phone setting problem. The behavior of the staff is worst on phone calls and there is no complaint accepting for the connection closure. I have shown with other numbers in the same phone how it works. Still they are not acting for the closures. Where as i get a demand note of payment of Rs. ****.**, saying the number is under use.
I need help from the forum to have a closure note immediately, without having any further delay.
