I gave my bullet electra *** bike to Bommasandra(Bangalore) Royal Enfield service center to repair Fork oil leakage and silencer clamp issue on **/**/****(Friday). They told it will be done within ** hours time and with amount of **** (approximate include wheel baring etc).
Next day(saturday) they called me and told that they have put additional items which is needed to complete the service. After some time they informed me that they dont have stock and thay have ordered that, it will be available after ** days, i said okay.
Sunday(*/**/**) afternoon * o'clock thay called and said bike is ready to deliver but only payment is the due. As soon as i went to the service center first thing they told me to pay the bill amount (total **** initially i had paid **** on *th) after some time they told me to try the trial ride. Immediately i asked what about fork seal issue? Nobody was answered correctly and even they dont know who has repaired that bike, but the manager assured me that any sound or repair come inform me i will take care. Thay often told that thay have not received any single complain regarding fork issue, you can drive till next service.
Within next day (Monday) only i got issues like fork oil leakage and silencer clamp not fixed. Now they are telling what to do sir we dont have any spare to fix and you can come after a week or month may be stock will be available.
Trust me i was not expecting this kind of service from show room after paying **** and i feel like i got cheated from them. They only require money to clear the bill and make the numbers. Now a days they are not responding phone calls and rudely behaving.
I dont know where i can fix that issue and still driving the same bike with hurt.
