VLCC - Service not received as mentioned

I paid Rs. **,*** for laser hair reduction and was promised drastic changes in * sessions by Mr. Chandan. I paid my first installment in June for rs ***** and Rs. **,*** on Dec **, ****. However at the time I inform them that I am not seeing any results and they told me they'll give me a senior lady and will see results in another *-* sessions Now coming to the services, from the very first service I have been facing issues with the appointment. I informed VLCC in the beginning that I only get off on Monday and will be taking sessions then and booked most of my sessions in advance but every single time they cancelled my session due to unavailability of the machine (said they shared it with another centre in JP nagar) or unavailability of the the person supposed to do my session. Twice they even ask me to return after reaching the center and waiting for a couple of hours on the day of my session. It took me more than a year to complete the sessions instead of * months. Different machines were used for different sessions saying that the machine is not working or they have got a better machine but the next time I visit the machine what change due to some reason. Due to all this I didn't get any result on the reduction of my hair after taking all sessions. I reached out to them multiple times, even sent meals four times and visited institute to speak with the manager. It turns out that twice the manager that I was speaking with had quit the job and I was informed about it after a couple of weeks when they stop taking my calls. I even try to reach out to their founder on Twitter since the institute does not want to provide an email id. I was even willing to take other services from the centre and was in a process of speaking regarding that however the services that I am willing to take are no longer available at the institute due to renovation. I have tried everything in my power but getting no response from the institute and now I want a complete refund
