VLCC - False commitment with customer

I have taken weight lose package ( worth Lakhs) from Vlcc Shankar nagar councelling done by dietician name deepika.**th I have taken package with promise that within * month i.e till September they will reduce my **+ kg weight...but once I have given money these people are very least bother about my weight and whenever I arise question kindly be serious and focus on work that staff deepika always laughed and said for more * month u have to come...i said very clearly I stated only * month time I am having and at that time you were soo committed in this concern she tried to convert my package in beauty treatment for that I was totally not agree....at the time of giving package she committed that if she will fail in her wordings she will refund me **% of my money and now she is not responding nor lifting my call...i stopped going over there...it's my humble request kindly do favour for me....they cheated me and not only me with many customers they are playing same game..... please help
