I registered a complaint for repairing my product on ** jan,****. But my complaint was closed without my consent . again i registered complain on **jan, ****....and then again on ** feb, ****....after repeated complaints the mechanic came and said to change the parts of the product. after repeted calling to the service centre for about * month they said....that parts are not available, so they will replace the product. since then they have taken the product and not given any replacement. I called several times at the service centre. They only replied that within * days your problem will be solved. Neither my problem has been solved nor they have given me the replacement. meanwhile they said my warranty has expired on *th april. I called the higher officials naming Mr. Anand ( Area Manager, Mob no. **********), then Mr. Prakash (Branch Manager-Patna, Tel no. ***********), nothing has been done. The service centre guy in Begusarai , who had taken my product for replacement Mr. Neeraj (Mob no. **********) is not doing anything. Few days back i had again called back for enquiring about my product, he said that he could not give me the replacement, then i asked him to return my damaged product, he denied that too. Then i said that i will complain regarding this to the higher officials, he then said " you can complain anywhere, be it the prime minister, he will only replace my product, nobody else, the more i complain, the more trouble i will be in."

Now , i am not able to understand what to do.....please help.
