Bajaj Electricals - Repair not provided for damaged goods supply

I had purchased a wet grinder WX-* from CSD canteen on **/**/****. In that item there were the following damages
*) The grinding stone was broken
*) the bush on which the rotating part is mounted was jammed
*) The mounting shaft of the grinding stone does not mount onto the thread. It slips on the plastic thread.

I had contacted the company, but the company said it does not provide warranty for plastic parts, which is nowhere mentioned in the document. The grinder is still under warranty, and the company has prolonged the discussions for * months without providing any support.
