Razorpay - service not provided

Payment was made for passport service on **-Jun-**. After giving payment it was asked for cancellation on same day ie **-jun-**. But Razorpay not inform his merchant to stop, Merchant vigorously follow me and take the details and fixed the appointment on *st july-**. But when I reached at Passport office on *st-july-** it is told that the appointment already cancelled. I loose a day and no service I got.After this I follow for getting back the payment, but till date not got.
Please help me to get back the amount.
