As i am the merchant we will not recommend to use razorpay as a payment gateway.
*. They do not care about your business after onbording
they do not care about your terms and condition, refund and cancellation of your business.
*. They will hold your amount without any proper explanation.
*. They will tell you to submit such a document which is not relevant to your business.
*. They will not give you the call support you have to wait for ** hours for a mail reply.
*. In every new email reply they will ignore the previous communication.
*. They will tell you our banking partner has .... if you will ask for that so called banking partner prove of mail they will not give you any thing.
*. whoever is replying to your email they do not know what is going.
*. They will ask you to submit your customer aadhar card who has already purchased from you before * month.... :*
*. They will block your amount and they will ask to prove of sale after * months.
**. No use of your business terms or refund and cancellation policy.
**. They will ask to refund the amount to customer after * months of purchase by putting you account in negative balance. What a joke.
**. Whatever you you submit to them they are not going to solve your issue and you will get frustrated.
**. you will cry why and why and i have chosen Razorpay..........
