Abhishek filed complaint against Airtel Bharti Company on Feb 19, 2019
I am trying to recharge my Airtel prepaid number for last ** days. Recharge gets failed but the amount got deducted. It has happened for more than ** times. Customer care tells to contact the retailer as everything is fine on their side and retailer suggests contacting customer service. Finally getting hold of their supervisor on customer support and they have been asking for ** hours for the last * days to resolve a technical issue which does not even exist as per their system. Every alternate day I am visiting their offline service centers and calling customer care in my office time.
As all of this was not enough so they deactivated my incoming services because I am not recharging my number. I tried contacting them through FB, twitter, Gmail but they seem to not worry.
