LG appliances - Misguided product is not delivered on time

Hello I an dipshikha Gupta. I am a reliance digital(Haldia)customer. i have purchased a microwave on *th August ****. The delivery date was next day. But next day i received only gift item. when i called the sales executive she told me that item is out of stock. i told her I will gift this item to someone on her birthday so please arrange the same as soon as possible. She told me that you have to wait until the item is in stock. When I visited this showroom on *th August this sales executive persuaded me to buy that item on that date otherwise it will be sold. She should check once while I was billing.
Now either refund the money or arrange the material
