I bought my bike on Dec **th, **** and after six months or so my bike started troubling me with overheating issue and battery issue which are not fixed by two service centres ie., Mettuguda service centre and Uppal service centre which are located in Hyderabad. The issue still persisted from last * services after which I have been to service centres every following week of bike servicing over the same bike overheating issue. The main engineer who is looking after this is Balu/Venkanna from Mettuguda/ Uppal service centre. It has been * months and the issue still exits. When I researched around I came to know what might be the issue that causing engine overheating. I have shared the detail with Balu/Venkanna but they said everything is fine and it's normal that the engine gets overheated. When I tried to explain the mechanics to them one of the service managers yelled at me not to drive the vehicle outside if you don't want your bike to get overheated. Such a customer service they are handling. Now when I finally lodged a complaint with Yamaha motors India, they took * days of time to try to fix this minor issue. Finally, when they assured that the issue is resolved **nd June ****, they stated the same reason which I have been telling them since last * months. This is purely a business tactics/stunts done by these service centres to get back the customer for the same issue and bill them whenever possible.
PS: Mettuguda service centre force closed the case logged with Yamaha motors by me without my consent (they asked me to sign on a paper but I refused to do so.) Now Yamaha motors saying it is not possible to open the case. How can they close the case without knowing if the issue is resolved or not? I want justice for whatever happened with me these * months as I never felt like I brought the bike from the showroom.
