Yamaha India - Delivered defects product

I bought Yamaha FZS-v* two wheeler in THALAYAN show room at Ramanathapuram,Tamil Nadu, They delivered bike with Tyre defects,it problem give lot of problems, I went so many time show & Complint still no response and never solved my problems , Even I contact Yamaha customer care(email & through phone no response) almost *months idle condition in my bike
