Lenovo (INDIA) Private Limited - Sent Used and Decective Product

I'm Yatharth Gupta, from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, recently bought a laptop from the official website of Lenovo India on **th July, ****. The product was delivered to me on **th July, ****.
I saw that my laptop warranty had started from ** days back from the date of purchase, when I complained to them, they sent me a new invoice with different date of purchase and changed the warranty status from their backend.
I also found a white Spot on Screen (i.e defective screen) and raised a complaint through their warranty portal, when I felt that they were trying to manipulate me, I raised the complaint to the Lenovo Post Sales through EMail.
On *th August ****, I received mail from Lenovo Post Sales that they will arrange a reverse pickup of my product from my address soon.
After ** hours, when there was no update, I called them again, now they asked me to wait for ** hours every ** hours.
On **th August, a Post Sales team member told me on call that the courier boy will pick up the item in between **-** August. When nobody reached me till **th, I called them again and now they told me that it was a matter of technical support they will not help me.
