Hello,
I have purchased Lenovo IdeaPad S*** laptop from amazon.in
After Receiving laptop I noticed battery Issue When Laptop charge goes below **-**% laptop will automatically gets turnoff
I requested Company for replacement of Laptop but they said Replacement procedure is unavailable
They said they will replace battery and engineers came and replaced battery
After ** days from Replacing Battery I am facing new issue of "Boot failed or Boot driver is missing" I said them to replace my laptop this time (second time asking)
Company said the same thing Replacement procedure is cannot be done
I am completely disappointed with Lenovo Company as they sent me a defective product and they are not ready to replace my laptop
Please Anyone help me to solve my problem as i am Filing a complaint in Consumer Court
