Sir, here I like to inform you that on dated **/**/****, I purchased anchor wireless door bell of Rs***.**/- ( and you are selling two years old product to the customers, manufacturing date is sept/****, it is not practice selling so old product to the customer
The problem is that the product is not working , you have sended the faulty product.
Here requesting you take your product back and refund me by amount of ***.**/- as earlier as possible.
