Company name ;- Flipkart , Product :- Mobile (Samsung A**s), Order Number :- OD****************** , Date Of Order :- **/May/**** , Delivery Date :- **/May/**** , Paid amount ;- ***** , reg Mobile Number ;- ********** , jaichandan.jckr****@gmail.com , Problem Details- As per consumer he order a Product from this Company and he also pay for that But Company is Delivered him Defective Mobile Phone , for this consult he also contacted to company many time for Replace or Return but company is not responding , also now Consumer is not able to Access his Flipkart account , that's why consumer wants to complain ………….
The mobile was delivered on ** May and was compiled on ** May. Then the last three to four orders were placed, with one order delivery. Even after the account is closed, after that three orders have been rejected due to the Wish Master who did not call us at all.
After May **, refunds were once accepted and then cancelled from their side. After that we also did a replacement, then it was replaced again on ** May. Then it was cancelled from his side and on May **, I was given a resolution date and nothing happened and if anything happened then after that why my account was closed on June *
If Flipkart system is detecting this much, then on May **, we compiled and placed five orders in it. There have been two delays in it and three that were cancelled due to wish Master(delivery boy) and that company blamed me and closed my account. Why if you had to stop, now you can stop in between. This is how your system works
According to me, if you are compelled on ** May, you can close my account even after that, then why was it closed on * June when we asked for refund, it is from the company, so my account is closed!
I have complete proof that there is also a recording of when we spoke to the call. How many times we talked and how much email was sent to us. That is the total evidence I have and the **th date reservation was given. I also have a screenshot of that.
Consumer expectant is expected that once from the customer's point of view
