Flipkart.com - Payment done but order not placed

I ordered a dumbbell set (of Rupees ***)from Flipkart.com and i did payment for this product online but order is not placed . I ordered it from official website of Flipkart,did payment but no order is placed. I have called various customer care numbers of Flipkart and no one answers. I even have message from my bank account that payment is successfully done to flipkart(though i paid from other mobile number but everything was done). Now my money is deducted ,there is no answer to my calls, No refund .I am helpless.
