I had made a booking on **th feb in dwarka sector *, delhi and made the amount of Rs.**** then and after ** days or so i made the full payment of Rs.*****. I had to shift after that but due to the covid ** i couldnt and i am not planning to stay there anymofe so i have been trying to cancel the booking and contacting the customer care but there has been no response, the app isnt showing an option for cancellation. I would like a total refund as i didnt even shift in the house plus i also told the agents who were reminding me of the payment that i want to cancel the booking in april *st week but there was no response.
So i would like to have a refund with my cancellation as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
